Week 12 Thanksgiving Day picks
Last week 6-9
Season record: 92-72-1
Wow, what a freaking mess this season is as far as picks. Now that betting is like 100% legal the bookies must be cleaning up because every week there are two or three stunning upsets. Jacksonville over Buffalo? Check. Houston over Tennessee? Check. Detroit almost beating Pittsburgh but actually tying, in Pittsburgh? I mean it's stupid. But there are also less shocking upsets each week too. This is my excuse for that piss poor record above anyway.
So, Happy Thanksgiving to you all and enjoy the three games on tap! We'll be back tomorrow with the rest of the week's picks.
Chicago at Detroit--Oh yeah, it's happening. The Lions are catching a very tenuous Bears team at home where they tend to always play well on Turkey Day. Lions 23, Bears 21
Las Vegas at Dallas--I know the Cowboys have lost, what, two out of three? But the Raiders are in a freaking tailspin. This game is going to be over by the time you take your first bite of turkey. Cowboys 31, Raiders 14
Buffalo at New Orleans--I don't know what happened to that stout defense of the Saints last week in Philly, but it annoyed the shit out of this Giants fan. Now with the Bills being impossible to predict week to week (and the Saints too, to be fair), I almost want to predict a tie. Not really. Bills 27, Saints 24
