Week 12 the rest of the picks
Thanksgiving Day record: 1-2
Season record: 93-74-1
Well I hate to be wrong but I was twice yesterday. And I really did not mind one bit being wrong about Dallas. Getting to see the look on Cowboys' fans faces as the Raiders upset their team in Jerry World was way more satisfying than I should care to admit. Also, wow....the Raiders came close to blowing the game several times down the stretch and were rewarded by the football gods with a pass interference call in OT that pretty much iced it. Now, let's prognosticate the rest of the weekend's games.....
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati--These AFC North games are typically hard-hitting and unpredictable. Bengals 23, Steelers 20
Tampa Bay at Indianapolis--This is actually a potential doozy of a game. Yes I just used the word "doozy" in a sentence. Bucs 31, Colts 24
Carolina at Miami--Don't look now, but somehow the Dolphins are crawling into playoff contention. Dolphins 19, Panthers 17
Tennessee at New England--The Patriots will officially be the new flavor of the month top seed in the AFC if they win, or at least a major threat to Buffalo in the division. Patriots 27, Titans 26
Philadelphia at NY Giants--I'm not really looking forward to the utter spanking awaiting my Giants in this one. Jalen Hurts, Devonta Smith and that fucking run game of Philly is going to toy with our defense. Eagles 38, Giants 20
Atlanta at Jacksonville--There is a small contingent of people in the Southeast, maybe 25 of them total, who will care about this game. Jags 20, Falcons 17
NY Jets at Houston--When I was growing up in New York, the Giants and Jets were never on at the same time. Now they are with regularity because both teams suuuuuuck. Texans 22, Jets 16
LA Chargers at Denver--This one has enormous upset potential but I'm not sure I can pull the trigger on it. Chargers 28, Broncos 22
LA Rams at Green Bay--This is a hell of a game that will be marred by fucking Joe Buck's stupid voice and unfunny snark. Packers 33, Rams 28
Minnesota at San Francisco--Never underestimate the power of Kirk Cousins to surprise us. Also never underestimate the power of the Vikings to disappoint us. Niners 22, Vikings 20
Cleveland at Baltimore--I so want the Browns to stick it to the former Browns. But they will not. Ravens 27, Browns 25
Seattle at Washington--This would be the worst game of the week if not for Carolina/Miami, NY Jets/Houston and Atlanta/Jacksonville. But it still pretty much blows. WFT 24, Seahawks 21
