Week 15 2020 picks
Last week: 10-6
Season record: 128-81
Last night, a blind squirrel found an acorn. Not only did I pick the TNF game correctly, I picked the exact final score of Chargers 30, Raiders 27. Now let's see if I can keep those good vibes going.....
Buffalo at Denver--Are you all as excited as me that a team not named the Patriots is going to win the AFC East? Much of the NFL's balance of power changed when Brady moved to Florida. Oh and Josh Allen is a monster. Bills 23, Broncos 20
Carolina at Green Bay--The Panthers are a completely different (not in a good way) team without Christian McCaffrey. Packers 34, Panthers 20
San Francisco at Dallas--It's safe to say the NFC will have a different Super Bowl representative this year. Cowboys 20, Niners 16
Seattle at Washington--As good as I was feeling about my Giants, last weekend was a reality check. The WFC got Chase Young, and we didn't and their defense can shut down any team. The only question is whether or not Dwayne Haskins can put up enough points. WFC 24, Seahawks 23
Chicago at Minnesota--The September/October version of the Bears returned last weekend. Will they now go and hibernate? Vikings 27, Bears 16
New England at Miami--Can you just feel the elation that will permeate the NFL universe if/when the Pats are eliminated from playoff contention? Dolphins 19, Patriots 17
Jacksonville at Baltimore--Weren't the Jags in the AFC title game like two years ago? Ravens 29, Jags 6
Tampa Bay at Atlanta--The Falcons are 4-9 yet I keep seeing them in the middle of the pack in power rankings. Yeah they were 0-5 with Dan Quinn as coach but the team did actually lose those games. Bucs 30, Falcons 24
Detroit at Tennessee--There is a good chance only one team from the AFC South makes the postseason, and that three from the AFC North do. Titans 28, Lions 14
Houston at Indianapolis--But the dogfight between Indy and Tennessee will be exciting down the stretch. Colts 27, Texans 17
Philadelphia at Arizona--Just what we needed, the Eagles to have a renewed spark. This match up between Jalen Hurts and Kyler Murray will be mighty interesting though. Cards 31, Eagles 28
NY Jets at LA Rams--The Jets are surely making losing every game look easy. Rams 23, Jets 7
Kansas City at New Orleans--Nice of the Saints' #1 ranked defense to show up in Philly last week. They will need to do better this game, because their offense cannot keep up with Mahomes. Chiefs 26, Saints 24
Cleveland at NY Giants--There is still a possibility that the Giants finish in last place in the NFC East. Or they could be back in first if they beat the Browns Sunday night. I just don't see it though. Browns 31, Giants 10
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati--I forgot to mention last week how happy the 1972 Dolphins must be. Whatever. Steelers 23, Bengals 13
