LA Chargers at Las Vegas--Another year, another occasion to never know how to get a read on the AFC West beyond KC.  The future is bright in Los Angeles with Justin Herbert.  That kid has quite an arm, and he's just starting to figure out how to use it in the NFL.  The Raiders started strong but have been such a mess lately that they needed a minor miracle to beat the Jets two weeks ago.  This is all to say I have no idea about this game, but......Chargers 30, Raiders 27
